For better understanding of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You” (in appropriate grammatical forms), and “Administrator” is replaced by “We”.

Google LLC is listed under the Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection in line with the European Commission’s adequacy decision dated 10 July 2023 (C(2023) 4745).
When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Google also relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or UK authorities, depending on the jurisdiction.

VII. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Your personal data, except as described in Section IV (Google tools), is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
